I just wanted to express my thanks to your staff-including Katherine in the office who was always most helpful when we spoke-for their care towards my Mother and the cleaning of her home. Unfortunately, she is now in a care home and will no longer need your help. I really appreciate the work you did!

My elderly parents were worried about having strangers in the house in Guisborough at first but they took to the two ladies who came after the first clean and looked forward to them coming each fortnight, they became part of the household and I could rest easy knowing that the cleaning was being thoroughly done.

My wife and I are both professionals running our own businesses and put in long hours. It is nice coming home to a clean house and knowing that this was one less thing to worry about. We only had one problem when about three years ago the spare key we had given them broke off in the lock when we were at work. The Owner of MOLLY MAID engaged a locksmith to replace the lock after ringing me at work for permission and waited until I came home to let me in and give me the new keys. I offered to pay but he wouldn’t hear of it , saying that I was a long standing customer.

As a single mum with kids I am happy that there are responsible dedicated full time staff giving my house a thorough clean even when the kids are home and I am not. I wouldn’t be without MOLLY MAID

I would just like to say that Janice and Linda have done a fantastic job with my deep clean. They are both lovely and have worked like trojans. The Angels from Molly Maid. I contacted Molly Maid regard a deep clean for my brother’s flat while he was in hospital. The whole experience was fantastic, contact made on a Thursday, visit on Friday and clean carried out Tuesday, very efficient and helpful and understanding I only had a short time to arrange. The 2 maids who arrived were cheerful, very smartly dressed in their uniform, and very helpful. The work carried out was above and beyond and couldn’t be faulted. Definitely recommend their services, not the cheapest, but in my opinion the best.

Having been a customer for a good few years, please may I congratulate those locally who have provided such a friendly, efficient and safe cleaning service .
