Jennie explained: “We were asked to clean the bedroom for a lady who was terminally ill.
“She was being looked after by her sister and she wanted to spare her sibling the chore of cleaning the room.
“The team was able to clean the room and assist her with sorting out her clothes into bags.
“When they had finished I received a call from the lady in question who told me how the help and kindness of the team had made a very difficult situation a bit more bearable for her, and had taken a weight off of her with regard to the impact on her sister.”
That personal touch is appreciated greatly by the franchise’s customers.

Her top tip is to use baby oil on chrome. She suggested: “A small amount of baby oil rubbed on to chrome taps handles etc and then buffed with a clean microfibre cloth will bring out brilliant shine.”
