Terms & Conditions – Molly Maid “Back to Routine, Back to Clean” Competition

  • The promoter is Molly Maid UK Ltd (Registered No. 4588742), whose registered office is at 1010 Eskdale Road, Winnersh Triangle, Wokingham, RG41 5TS.
  • Eligibility:
    • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding:
      • Employees of Molly Maid UK Ltd
      • Franchise Owners and staff members within the Molly Maid Franchise Network
      • Close relatives of the above
      • Anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition
  • Entry Fee:
    • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  • Agreement to Terms:
    • By entering this competition, entrants indicate their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Route to Entry:
    • Entry details are provided in the official competition announcement post, published as a collaborative post by influencer @jade.sweeney_ on Instagram and TikTok, in partnership with @mollymaidinuk and @mollymaidproducts.
  • How to Enter:
    • Follow @mollymaidinuk and @mollymaidproducts on Instagram and TikTok
    • Comment with your unique cleaning hack on the competition post
    • (Optional) Share the post to your story for a bonus entry
  • Closing Date:
    • The competition closes on 28th September 2025 at 11:59pm. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  • Responsibility:
    • The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not successfully submitted due to any technical fault, network issue, or other reason beyond its control.
  • Changes to the Competition:
    • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible via our influencer partner @jade.sweeney_, and through Molly Maid UK and Molly Maid Products’ official channels on Instagram, TikTok, and the website.

The prize are as follows:

  • One Molly Maid clean (valued at £250)
  • One “Our Kit” product

  • Winners will be selected based on the creativity, relevance, and originality of their submitted cleaning hack. The selection will be made jointly by Molly Maid UK and the campaign’s influencer partner @jade.sweeney_, with Molly Maid UK retaining final decision-making authority. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
  • Molly Maid reserves the right to choose a winner from areas where a Molly Maid franchise operates.
  • All decisions made by Molly Maid regarding winner selection are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, or any other social network. You are providing your information solely to Molly Maid UK Ltd. In the event of winning, the selected entrant(s) will be required to provide their name, address, and contact details directly to Molly Maid UK for the purpose of prize fulfilment. The winner will be notified via DM on Instagram or TikTok within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, a replacement winner may be selected.

The promoter will confirm delivery or scheduling details with the winner.

The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
