PAM BADER VOTED ‘MOST INSPIRATIONAL’ WOMAN
Pam Bader OBE, Chief Executive of MOLLY MAID UK Ltd, was awarded the highest accolade possible at the fourth annual EWIF (Encouraging Women into Franchising) Awards, sponsored by NatWest in London earlier this month. Pam was presented with the ‘Outstanding Contribution to Women in Franchising’ Award, which recognizes her achievements in the Franchising Industry spanning more than 25 years.
The public were asked to vote, unlike the other awards which were judged by an independent panel, for a lady who has made an outstanding contribution to franchising over the years. Pam was unanimously chosen to receive the award for her network of female franchisees; for being the first woman elected to the board of the
BFA (British Franchise Association) and subsequently, becoming the first and only female Chair. Her contributions to Franchising have been recognized by the industry and as such, Pam, is an excellent ambassador, mentor and inspiration to women looking for franchising opportunities.
Pam Bader OBE on receiving her Award, says:

chance to run their own businesses and there is nothing more rewarding for me, than seeing a woman flourish from what she deems to be a ‘housewife’ into a successful business owner and thus, being in total control of her own destiny. All our thanks to the EWIF and NatWest for their efforts in helping to promote Women in Franchising.”
Pam remains totally committed to the Franchising cause, particularly for MOLLY MAID, where she has been an instrumental part of building the business from a standing start to a successful £15 million turnover over the course of almost 30 years.
