Clare Carter wanted a change of career in 2001 – one that allowed her to run her own business, whilst managing a busy family life.
She met her match with MOLLY MAID and now relishes running a franchise that sees her dealing with different people every day; providing them with an invaluable service that they truly appreciate.
The attitude of customer Ms G, of Preston, sums up the typical way in which people welcome MOLLY MAID into their lives.
She wrote: “I just wanted to say thank you so much, my house is immaculate!
“So, so thrilled…please pass on my thanks to your team.
“I’d meant to leave a note saying help yourself to tea, coffee, juice etc but as usual was in a rush leaving. However please let them know next time.”
Clare’s team brings great solace to a host of customers – from a houseproud woman with MS, whose fortnightly visits over the last 12 years have fulfilled the tasks she can no longer do, to another woman with terminal cancer whose husband and daughter want to concentrate less on the house and more on her.
They also help foster families across Lancashire who want to ensure the children take top priority rather than the housework.
Clare used to work in banking and although the two career paths may appear to be completely separate she’s taken a top tip from her former profession by using baby oil to get stainless steel shining – a method she discovered when using it to clear graffiti off cash machines in her banking days.
