That’s the advice Mike Leech offers to his customers and he regularly backs that up by delivering peace of mind and satisfaction through a service that makes a difference to their lives.
It’s a service he has relished delivering as part of the MOLLY MAID network since 1995.
One example of how the franchise can have an impact on lives ‘above and beyond’ its duties came in extreme circumstances.
Mike recalled: “A team arrived at a customer’s home but couldn’t get a response, looking through the window the customer was seen on the floor.
“The team immediately called the police and paramedic.
“The customer had suffered a heart attack and his life was saved by the fast reaction of the MOLLY MAID team.”
Mike’s teams are also able to help people with complex medical needs by easing their housework load.
The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is able to rely on the franchise for support for people suffering from the life-shortening disease and says it is grateful for the assistance it gives.
