How to burn calories with chores!
Did you know that many household chores can be as effective at burning calories as going to the gym? So, why do both when you can incorporate one into the other and be time efficient? Cleaning the terrace/ patio: Sweeping and mopping can also be a great upper and lower body workout. By doing this household task and cleaning, you can burn approximately 240 calories per hour.
Vacuuming: Depending on the size of your home, vacuuming could make a significant dent in your 10,000 recommended steps a day. In the process, you could burn 119 calories per 30 minutes.

Washing the car: The scrubbing motion of washing your car can give your arms and abdominal muscles a great workout. For every 30 minutes of car washing, you’ll burn 143 calories.
