Inspiring Futures: Molly Maid Chesterfield Joins World of Workday at Ashgate Croft School

At Molly Maid, making a difference in the community goes far beyond sparkling homes, it’s also about empowering the next generation. That’s why Gabriella Boi, Franchise Owner of Molly Maid in Chesterfield, proudly took part in the recent World of Workday at Ashgate Croft School, helping students explore their future career possibilities.

The event brought together a wide range of local employers to engage with around 150 students, all eager to learn more about the working world. Designed to make work both aspirational and inspirational, the day gave students hands-on experiences and real-world insights into a variety of industries.

Gabriella and her team were thrilled to represent the professional cleaning sector, showcasing the important work Molly Maid does every day, not just in creating clean and comfortable homes, but also in building rewarding careers. From customer service to team coordination and attention to detail, the students got a true feel for the wide skill set involved in running a successful cleaning service.

“At Molly Maid, we believe in leading by example,” said Gabriella. “Taking part in events like this allows us to connect with young people, share our passion for what we do, and inspire them to consider all kinds of meaningful, hands-on careers.”

By opening doors to the world of work and helping students dream big, Gabriella and her team continue to shine as true Community Heroes – investing in people, possibilities, and a brighter future for Chesterfield.
