Following an operation I needed help cleaning the house, this is when Molly Maid came to the rescue. On returning home I was delighted with what the team sent achieved in a relatively short time, my neglected home was sparkling once again. I  was so pleased with the service provided, Molly Maid will be cleaning for me on a regular basis. I would highly recommend the professional service they provide.

A great team – from initial contact and interview to really review my needs and tailor their service, I cannot find fault. I would also recommend the idea of going with an initial ‘super-clean’, to get things up to a decent, regular standard. No, they may not be the cheapest, but in this case you really do get that for which you pay. I hope this is the start of a long and mutually beneficial relationship.

I had Molly Maid Crawley in for the first time as I wanted a one-off Spring Clean.  The 3 Ladies arrived looking very smart in their Uniform and Molly Car.  All equipment and cleaning products were bought and they worked methodically and thoroughly for approximately 6 hours cleaning our house from top to bottom.

Extremely pleased with the results, would have them back again.

A flyer from Molly Maid, Crawley dropped through my letterbox on the day I was set to find someone to do an end of tenancy clean for me. So, I called and the business owner; Sarah Aitken who came to my house, explained exactly what she could do for us and quoted a surprisingly competitive price, so we booked her and we’re very glad we did. She along with two of her ladies did a fabulous job, much admired not just by us, but more importantly by the man checking the property on handover day. I can recommend them with absolute confidence and I’m very happy to do so.

I have used the services of this company and found them to be fully professional and efficient. When I contacted them for a quote an appointment was made immediately and a few days later a supervisor and team member came bang on time to view and estimate the services required then gave me a very reasonable quote from their transparent and structured price plan, then made an appointment.
If the owner/keyholder is not present for the cleaning then the firm is insured for key-holding and make a note of receipt of any keys.
When the cleaners arrived I was absent and was informed of their presence. Afterwards I was informed that the key had been returned.
A supervisor always checks the work before the premises are vacated.
Good communication is key and Molly Maid delivers.
In short, I was impressed with the supervisor Sarah Aitken and the work. I would use the services of this company again.
