Chief Executive Officer MOLLY MAID UK Limited - Pam Bader OBE

Pam

Pam's successful career began as a nursery nurse and boutique owner before becoming Chief Executive, pioneer and inspiration behind MOLLY MAID UK.

In 1995, Pam was awarded an OBE in recognition of her services to training and she also became the first woman to be elected Chair of the British Franchise Association, and is now on the Board of Directors. Pam became a Freeman of the City of London in 1996, and the following year she accepted an invitation to become a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Pam was appointed to the board of MOLLY MAID UK Limited on its formation in 2002 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of MOLLY MAID International Inc.

Chairman MOLLY MAID International Inc  - Jim MacKenzie

Jim MacKenzie is the Chairman and CEO of MOLLY MAID International Inc, the UK and Canada's leading professional domestic cleaning company. Jim MacKenzie was one of the early pioneers who identified the potential in the domestic cleaning industry in Canada and, along with the Founders Adrienne and Chris Stringer, established the systems that have helped to distinguish MOLLY MAID as the leading domestic cleaning brand in Canada and now in the UK.

Graduating from Queen's University in 1967 with a Bachelor in Business Administration (BA), he began his career in accounting, later transferring to take a sales and marketing position in a leading consumer packaged goods company. From there he moved to a senior role leading product development for an international consumer product company before leaving to establish the MOLLY MAID business system and brand.

Today Jim uses his many years of business experience and knowledge to help Franchise Owners grow their business and continually improve the MOLLY MAID customer experience. Variously described as focused, amusing, passionate and sincere, he has infused MOLLY MAID with his own brand of energetic leadership, vision and spirit over the years.

President MOLLY MAID International Inc - Kevin Hipkins

With nearly 25 years of business development experience and almost 20 years with MOLLY MAID, Kevin Hipkins has a long track record of success and is currently President of MOLLY MAID.

Kevin began his career with a leading Canadian bank occupying a management position in the retail banking sector. After a short stint in retail banking, Kevin accepted a position in commercial banking, later transferring to the bank's management consulting division. He joined MOLLY MAID in 1993 and prior to being promoted to President in 2004, occupied the positions of Director of Franchise Support and Vice President and General Manager.

Kevin holds a BA in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Vice-President & General Manager MOLLY MAID UK Limited - Jonathan Holden

With over 18 years of franchising experience in a variety of industries, Jonathan has a proven track record of supporting Franchise Owners to grow profitable businesses. 

After studying at Northumbria University gaining a BTEC in Business Finance in 1991, he gained his Chartered Institute in Marketing Diploma which began a career in that specialism. He has subsequently applied his marketing knowledge in a print franchise, before developing wider experience in business operations and finance. Prior to joining MOLLY MAID in 2006 as Director of Franchise Support, Jonathan held a franchise development role in an emerging UK health and fitness club franchise.
