Comprehensive Training
A week long intensive training course on the MOLLY MAID operating system,
including marketing and sales, customer care, staff recruitment, accounting,
and business administration. By the time you leave us on the Friday you
are ready to ‘hit the road running’ on the following Monday
and start your business straight away.
Business Launch
We will be as excited as you are to launch your business and along with
your dedicated Business Advisor we will give you lots of help especially
in generating initial sales, recruiting and training your first cleaning
team, planning your business goals, and establishing practical ways of
achieving them.
Ongoing Support
Every Franchise Owner has their own dedicated Business Advisor, telephone
help lines, periodic reports on the progress of the business, as well
as a range of incentives to encourage and facilitate the growth and development
of individual businesses. There are regional meetings and an annual MOLLY
MAID Convention where Franchise Owners learn from each other on how best
to capitalise on the opportunities to grow and improve their business.
